Scripture, made to live on a wall.
We make one thing: limited-edition canvases of original scripture paintings, printed to museum standard and stretched by hand. No frames to buy, no assembly, one nail.
She started painting scripture because she needed somewhere to put it.
Hannah began painting in the middle of the hardest year she had known. There were index cards taped above the kitchen sink, a verse on each one, because reading them was the only part of the day she could hold onto.
The cards turned into studies on canvas. One became six, six became a wall, and the wall changed the room — not decoration, but the first thing in the house that felt like it was holding her rather than the other way round. Faith came back slowly, in paint.
Everlight began when people started asking for copies. Every piece we sell comes from one of those original studies, scanned at full scale and released as an edition of 500. The brush marks stay in.
“I wanted the words on my wall, not in a drawer.”
How each piece is made
The original
Every design begins as a painting on canvas, not a file. It is scanned at full scale so the texture and brush marks survive the reproduction.
Printed to last
Archival pigment on museum-grade 400gsm cotton canvas, rated for 100+ years without fading. We proof on the same canvas and inks used for your order.
Stretched by hand
Hand-stretched over kiln-dried pine, hardware fitted, corners folded square. Nothing ships flat in a tube.
Numbered and signed
A numbered plate goes on the reverse and a signed certificate goes in the box. When an edition of 500 is gone, it is gone.
