People often ask

What kind of photo do I need?

Any clear photo where we can see your pet’s face works. Phone photos are perfect. If you have a few, send them all and we pick the best.

How long does it take?

Your preview is instant: upload a photo and see your pet’s portrait on screen in about a minute, free. After you approve it, printing and free US shipping usually take 5–8 business days.

Can I ask for changes?

Yes. Changes are free and unlimited. Nothing is printed until you approve the preview.

What if I don’t love it when it arrives?

You’re covered by the Everlight Promise: love it or get a full refund within 30 days. If it arrives damaged, we send a free replacement, and you don’t need to send anything back.

Can I send it as a gift?

Yes. Many people order one for a friend or family member. Just enter their address as the shipping address at checkout.
